The pickup time is set according to your location and star at 06:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
The pickups are exclusively in the Cancun area (hotel zone and downtown). If you are in Costa Mujeres or hotels on Federal Avenue, the itinerary will change and you will only go to the Chichikan cenote (instead of two)

Nearby, the Temple of the Warriors rises proudly, its walls adorned with carvings that echo tales of valor, faith, and celestial power. It's a beautiful underground cavern that will surprise you with its natural beauty and spaciousness. Upon entering the cenote, you'll have to descend some stone stairs, so be careful. Upon entering, you'll find a first level that allows you to view the spectacular beauty of the place from above. You'll continue to the second level via wooden stairs that will allow you to observe it from another angle. Finally, you'll descend to discover a small platform where you can jump in and swim or snorkel. Its crystal-clear turquoise waters are illuminated by a hole at the top of the cavern, where you can admire the roots of a tree hanging from it. Its roots have been cut down at the surface but are still alive thanks to the water that continues to feed it. Here, you can safely cool off and enjoy this underground cenote.

In Valladolid, you will have free time to walk through the beautiful streets of this magical town, you can visit the famous church of San Servacio, built by the Spanish; take photos in the main park and buy handicrafts.

- The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom
- Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic
- The tour and the spots to visit can vary according the guide logistic, also in its duration, up to 14 hours or more according to the transfers from one place to another, and this is according to the traffic, keep in mind that you will be traveling all day
- Always follow up the guide's instructions, they Will give you a limit Time to be in every spot, so importante to be puntual im the limit Time, the guide can go without you if you do not respect the time limits
- Note: Life jackets and lockers are not included in the tour price. Both are optional and can be rented directly at the park for an additional $5 USD each. Lockers are recommended if you bring personal items you wish to store securely. Life jackets are mandatory even if you don't swim and only go down to take pictures in the cenote.
