What's Included
Meeting and pickup
If your hotel isn't listed, please inform us where you're staying so our team can arrange a convenient meeting point and pick-up time for you. We offer two tour schedules: the morning tour, with pick-ups in the Cancun and Playa del Carmen zones between 8:00 to 8:30 am, and in the Tulum zone between 7:00 to 8:00 am. Our second option is the noon tour, with pick-ups in the Cancun and Playa del Carmen zones between 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and in the Tulum zone between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We'll arrive at the park approximately 1.5 hours after pick-up. The exact pick-up time will be communicated by our representative via email or text message. For Tulum hotels and Airbnb accommodations, the designated meeting point is the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown. Please plan accordingly for your transportation needs.

- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 or under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities
- We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs
- ATV Insurance is included you don´t need to pay extra
