Meeting and pickup
Not seeing your hotel on our list? No worries! We'll arrange for you to meet us at a designated spot. Just let us know where you're staying, and one of our friendly representatives will reach out with all the details you need, including where to meet us and when. We offer two fantastic tour times to fit your schedule. Our morning tour kicks off with pickups in the Cancun and Playa del Carmen areas between 8:00 to 8:30 am, and in the Tulum area between 7:00 to 8:00 am, aiming to arrive at the park by 9:30 am. Prefer a bit more sleep? Our noon tour starts with pickups in Cancun and Playa del Carmen between 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and in Tulum between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm, getting us to the park by 1:30 pm. We tailor pickup times to your specific location, so our rep will get in touch to confirm your exact pickup time, either by email or text. For those staying in Tulum hotels or Airbnbs, we've set the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown as your convenient meeting point. Remember to factor in a little travel time for your pickups and drop-offs. We're all about making your experience smooth and enjoyable, so sit back and look forward to an amazing adventure!
