Begin the morning with a visit to the iconic Byzantine monasteries of Meteora. Explore the Great Meteoro Monastery, famously “suspended in the air,” and the serene St. Stephan Monastery, both offering panoramic views over the valley below.
After sightseeing, head to Metsovo, a picturesque mountain village known for its traditional stone houses, artisan cheese, and local wines. Enjoy an optional lunch surrounded by stunning alpine scenery. In the afternoon, continue to Igoumenitsa port for a scenic ferry ride to Corfu.
Upon arrival, explore Corfu Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site with Venetian architecture, narrow streets, and the elegant Liston promenade.
We will have the next visit at the church of Panagia Vlacherna & Kanoni area and the Mouse Island (Pontikonissi) as they considered the most famous and recognisable spots of Corfu. Constructed in the 17th century, this lovely chapel has an impressive wooden-carved iconostasis and beautiful frescoes inside. In the center of the Mouse Island, there is the 13th-century church of Pantokrator.
We will continue our private tour to Achilleion Palace's gardns located in the picturesque village of Gastouri, built in 1890 by Empress Elizabeth (Sissy) of Austria.
Head to Paleokastritsa Bay, known as the “Capri of Greece,” and visit the hilltop Byzantine monastery. Enjoy breathtaking views from the village of Lakones, famously called “God’s Balcony.” Return to Corfu town in the evening for overnight, soaking in the charm of this stunning Greek island.

Start your morning with a traditional Greek breakfast at a family bakery in the heart of Corfu Town. Savor Spanakopita (spinach pie), Bougatsa (custard pie), and a glass of Ginger Beer (Tsitsimpira), a local favorite. Wander the pedestrian streets of Kantounia, guided by a local expert who shares fascinating stories while revealing hidden culinary gems. Continue to the picturesque seaside town of Nafplio, strolling narrow streets, admiring the Bourtzi fortress, and soaking in the old-town charm.
Step into the historic streets of Nafplio’s Old Town, where the city proudly served as the first capital of independent Greece in 1829. Stroll through Syntagma Square and glimpse the Vouleftiko, the former Ottoman mosque that briefly functioned as Greece’s inaugural parliament. Meander through bustling, taverna-lined lanes before reaching the Palamidi Fortress, a magnificent Venetian citadel towering over 700 feet above the city, with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape.
Next visit will be at the Ancient Mycenae, the center of Greek civilization, home to the kingdom of mythical Agamemnon. Visit the Cyclopean Walls, the famous Lion’s Gate and the ‘’Atreus King Tomb’’!
We will have a stop at the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus of the 15.000 spectators and the breathtaking acoustics.
Finally, we will visit the breathtaking Canal of Corinth, and the Ancient Corinth to walk at the same paths that the famous personality of Apostle Paul walked.
On the drive back to Athens, stop at the Canal of Corinth (6 km length and 80m height) for a final scenic view. Arrive in Athens in the afternoon, concluding your unforgettable Greek adventure with a perfect mix of history, culture, and local flavors.
