Meeting and pickup
When booking, please provide your hotel/Airbnb name, flight or cruise details, and a phone number (WhatsApp preferred). For Santorini stays, pickup is from your hotel’s parking area or nearest accessible spot. Cruise passengers: from the Old Port (Fira) take the Cable Car and meet your guide at the exit, or from Athinios Port meet at the arrivals area. Pickup is timed with your tender, and we monitor delays—please keep your phone/data active for updates.
We kindly request your presence at the upper station of the cable car at the departure time. Upon your exit from the cable car, your guide, holding a sign displaying your name, will be awaiting your arrival. If any delays are anticipated, please get in touch with us directly.
