They are two of the greatest and most important Egyptian temples due to their great historical value.
The temple of Dendera are located north of Luxor and we will take a car trip to them. The Temple of Abydos was built by King Seti I and its construction was completed by his son, King Ramses II.
The Temple of Dendera is a Ptolemaic temple that mimics the future because of the special engravings of the celestial bodies and the constellations that we still use and rely on to this day. The temple also contains an exact copy of the original zodiac that the French took with them to France.

You will start your trip by traveling north, specifically to the city of Qena, where there is one of the most wonderful and beautiful Ptolemaic temples, the beautiful Temple of Dendera, which was dedicated to the worship of the goddess Hathor, the goddess of music and beauty. It is located 60 kilometers north of Luxor and 5 kilometers from the city of Qena. The temple is characterized by being one of the best preserved temples, and it is surrounded by some legends that say that the ancient Egyptians knew light and produced it artificially. Archaeologists prove this hypothesis by the lotus flower (neolophrenia) that contains a snake inside it.
