The Mausoleum Lovćen is a grand structure situated on the summit of Mount Lovćen in Montenegro. It was built in 1974 in memory of Petar II Petrović Njegoš, a renowned philosopher and prince-bishop of Montenegro. The mausoleum is an architectural masterpiece that combines traditional Montenegrin style with modern elements. It has a massive dome, impressive bronze doors, and a gallery featuring Njegoš's most famous literary works. Visitors can climb to the top of the mausoleum and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Petar II one from last great Montenegrin dynasty Petrovic that lived in nearby village wrote: “Proud Lovcen Mountain, head above clouds higher under you proudly considers all marvelous nature creates”.
