Cairo Arrival Transfer

Upon arrival at Cairo airport, you will be met by our representative, then transfer you to your hotel (book it yourself). Our rep will help you settle in, then the rest of the day is free at your leisure. If your flight lands early, then you could take a first look at the pyramids with an amazing sound and light show, or perhaps head into downtown Cairo for a Nile dinner cruise and show(optional).

Visit The Great Pyramids, Sphinx and Saqqara

Step Pyramid of Djoser
This morning, your guide will pick up you for a full day tour of the pyramids at Giza and Saqqara. Start in chronological order, as it were, by visiting the step pyramid of Saqqara; the first capital of ancient Egypt, this is the oldest pyramid in Egypt 4800 B.C, built by King Djoser, before exploring the famous pyramids at Giza.

Pyramids of Giza
Stop for lunch brea then, continue visiting the Giza Plateau to explore the world famous pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Mycerenos and Sphinx; these structures that have stood tall for 4500 years. Discover the beauty of the Sphinx, one of the largest monolith statues in the history of mankind, enjoy the views and take remarkable pictures. You'll find your local Egyptology guide a wealth of knowledge and full of enthusiasm about Egyptian history, and their country in general. Back to your Hotel in Cairo for overnight.

Aswan Arrival Transfer to Nile Cruise&Aswan Tours

Egypt Gift Tours representative will transfer you to Cairo Airport to take your flight to Aswan (book it yourself). Once in Aswan our licensed tour guide will meet and assist you at Aswan Airport/Railway station to be transferred by A/C van to your 5 stars Nile Cruise to check in before lunch. Have lunch on board.

Temple of Philae
Then, start your tour by visiting the High Dam; achieved in 1960 to protect Egypt from the flood and generate electric. Proceed to visit the Graeco Roman Temple dedicated to goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there. Later on, return back to your cruise for dinner, folkloric show, and Overnight in Aswan. There is also an early morning optional visit to the UNESCO world heritage site of Abu Simbel. This amazing site was completely dismantled and rebuilt when Lake Nasser was flooded. Note: If your arrival to Aswan is so early, so we will start the tour direct upon arrival since the cruise check-in time at 12:00 and we don't want our guest to waste their time waiting at the lobby for check-in.

Day 4
Abu Simbel and Kom Ombo Temple

Abu Simbel Temple Complex
Around 4 to 4:30 am, your guide will pick you up for Abu Simbel trip (sharing a group in a bus or minibus), to visit one of the most impressive places in Egypt; the rock-cut temples of Abu Simbel with their unique design built for King Ramesses 2nd and his beloved Queen Nefertari.

Temple of Kom Ombo
Back to the Cruise around 2:30 pm to have your lunch and sailing heading to Kom Ombo city where to visit the dual temple of Sobek; the crocodile God and Horus; the Falcon God. Back to the cruise and have dinner. Continue sailing to Edfu for overnight. Note: The cruise options for Sundays and Thursdays start sailing to Kom Ombo in the early morning of day 3 around 5 am. We will do all the excursions mentioned in the itinerary but in different order according to the cruise schedule.

Day 5
Edfu Temple and Arrive Luxor(visit Luxor Temple)

Temple of Horus
After your breakfast, enjoy Horse Carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples. Return to the cruise. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the beautiful scenery of the Nile river while sailing to Luxor. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea on the sundeck. Passing through the Esna lock to Luxor

Luxor Temple
Arrive Luxor; built on and around the ancient site of Thebes, and has the greatest concentration of ancient ruins in the Nile Valley, if not the world. Across the Nile lies the City of the Dead, with its mortuary temples and rock carved tombs. To the east stand the Temples of Luxor and Karnak. Late in the afternoon, arrive at Luxor harbor, to visit Luxor Temple which is in the center of town and is colorfully lit up by night and where ancient Egyptian, Christian and Islamic features are exhibited. Dinner on board and belly dancing show. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 6
Luxor West Bank, Karnak Temple Tour and Departure transfer

Valley of the Kings
Breakfast and check out to start your remarkable day by driving to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs from the new kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies. Then to the Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. End your tour in the West Bank by a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. Lunchtime in a local restaurant (optional).

Temple of Karnak
Then to visit the massive temple of Karnak. It was linked to the town of Luxor by a long sphinx lined avenue. Inside the large courtyard are three temples. The much photographed Hypo-style Hall has an impressive 134 towering columns, each is carved with scenes of gods and pharaohs, and hieroglyphic inscriptions cover the walls. Then, to Luxor Airport to take your evening flight back to Cairo, met and transfer to your hotel for overnight.

Alexandria Day Trip from Cairo

Start with early morning pick-up for a full day tour to Alexandria from Cairo. Tour Alexandria's most significant and fascinating spots with your private tour guide. See the Greek and Roman masterpieces ruins at the National Museum, descend into the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, with the beautiful artworks, visit the Roman Theater,  take in views from the 15-century fortifications at the Citadel of Qaitbay. Explore the New Alexandria library at your own pace. Drive Back in comfort to your hotel in Cairo for overnight. Lunch is optional in this tour.

The Hanging Church
Have lunch at a local restaurant(optional) before exploring some of the most famous churches in Cairo. Travel to the Hanging Church and the Church of St. George the Martyr. Both these churches were built into the walls of the Babylon Fortress and their remains could be Cairo’s oldest structures. Visit the Church of St Sergius next before driving back to your hotel.

Cairo's Khan al-Khalili Bazaar is an essential Egyptian experience – lose yourself in the colors and aromas of this fascinating marketplace or have a chance to visit the famous Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali Pasha At Salah Al Din Citadel. (you need to choose either Khan Al Khalil Bazaars or The Citadel) Our representative will escort you to the airport for departure according to your flight details.
