STEP 2 – Go to Baggage Claim Follow the signs to the Lower Level (LL) / Baggage Claim — even if you didn’t check any luggage. STEP 3 – Contact Your Driver Once you have your bags and are ready to go: Locate the nearest exit door number (e.g. “Vestibule 3D – LL”) Call or text your driver directly using the info we sent STEP 4 – Proceed to the Limousine Lane Exit the terminal, cross the first traffic lane, and wait on the middle island (the designated limousine lane). Important Policies 60 minutes of free wait time is included for all airport pickups. If we do not hear from you within that time, the trip will be marked as a No-Show and charged in full. Proof of driver arrival and communication attempts (text/call/GPS logs) is recorded. Additional wait time (past the 60-minute grace period) is billable and must be collected by the driver at time of service. International arrivals: If you're arriving on an international flight and expect to need extra time to clear customs, please schedule your pickup time for at least one hour after your flight’s posted arrival. You can include this request in the “Special Notes” section during booking.
