Your driver will meet you curbside, at the terminal when you are ready to go. We track all incoming flights in real time — if your flight is delayed, we adjust automatically and dispatch your car based on the actual arrival time. Step-by-Step Pickup Guide STEP 1 – Shortly after landing, you’ll receive a text message (SMS) with your driver’s name, vehicle details, and contact information. STEP 2 – Follow the signs to the Lower Level (LL) / Baggage Claim / Transportation area — even if you didn’t check any luggage. DO NOT GO TO THE RIDESHARE AREA. STEP 3 – Once you have your bags and are ready to go, Locate the nearest exit door number (e.g. “Vestibule 3D – LL”) and Call or text your driver directly. The car will arrive between 5 and 10 minutes. STEP 4 – Proceed to the Middle Lane. Exit the terminal, cross the first traffic lane, and wait on the middle island (the designated limousine lane). Important Policies: 60 minutes of free wait time is included for all airport pickups. If we do not hear from you within that time, the trip will be marked as a No-Show and charged in full. Additional wait time (past the 60-minute grace period) is billable and must be collected by the driver at time of service.
