Peles Castle is the most impressive castle in Romania and a must-see attraction if you’re passionate about stories of royalty, splendid architecture, and history. The summer residence of the royal family until 1948 when it was confiscated by the communists, the castle from Sinaia is today, like in its first years, one of the most beautiful in Europe.

Bran Castle – Known as “Dracula’s Castle,” Bran Castle is famous for its Gothic allure and ties to Bram Stoker’s Dracula legend. - For Peles Castle you have to buy tickets online for the slot between 09:15-11:00 a.m., one week in advance
- At Peleș Royal Castle the guide will accompany you only on the ground floor; you will visit the upper floor on your own. At Bran Dracula’s Castle the guide will accompany you only in the first room; you will explore the rest of the castle on your own, as the space is very narrow. In Brașov, you will have free time to explore the medieval city center on your own.
