We’ll pick you up and take you to the Monastery of the Holy Trinity Tzagarolon, an important Venetian-era.
At the monastery, you’ll see how the monks produce organic olive oil, wine, honey, vinegar, and soap. Taste five different wines paired with rusk, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and oregano.

Inside the museum, explore beautiful church icons and a 12th-century manuscript cover, along with 16th and 17th-century icons of St. John the Theologian and St. Nicholas.

After your wine experience in the monastery, we will drive to a modern olive oil factory. Upon arrival, experts will welcome us and provide a comprehensive overview of the olive oil production process.
