One of the greatest characters of Medellín is the master Fernando Botero, who donated an extensive collection of sculptures for the city. Not only his sculptures but also his paintings found in the Museum of Antioquia. This wonderful exhibition shows satires in front of Colombian society; his fervent passion for bulls; a tribute to the classics and the virgin of Chiquinquirá. On this tour, we will be visiting: San Antonio Park and its church, Barrio Boston with its main park. Panoramic on La Playa Avenue and the "Bellas Artes" Palace (it is the enclosure that Master Botero donated for the dissemination of art in the city) We will walk through Botero Square, Palace of Culture and enter to the Museum of Antioquia.

We will pick you up at the hotel indicated by you, as long as it is located in the area of El Poblado neighborhood.
Our first stop will be San Antonio Park. In this park, you can find 23 sculptures of Botero. But without a doubt, the most known sculpture is a broken bird.

we will cross the Botero Square, where we will see more of Fernando Botero’s sculptures. Also, we will pass by the Palace of Culture, which is one of the most photographed buildings in Medellín.
It is a Colombian public building located in the center of Medellin, on the Plaza de Botero.
But Fernando Botero not only donated the sculptures to the San Antonio Park and Botero Square. He also donated paintings to the Museum of Antioquia, which shows an exhibition about the artist.
