Temple of Karnak
Your Egyptologist tour guide will Pick you up from Luxor (Airport, Hotel, Train station). Start to visit the magnificent Karnak Temples. Walking through the Great open court into the Great Hypostyle Hall, it’s hard not to be overwhelmed by the 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest. At the rear of the complex you will find the sacred lake where centuries ago pharaohs and their offerings to the gods were purified. After a tour of the complex, you will have additional free time to explore at leisure

Luxor Temple
Continue to Luxor Temple which was once joined to the Karnak Temples of by a three kilometer long Avenue of Sphinx, a portion of which marks the entrance to the temple which was built and decorated by Ramses II, while Tutankhamun, Amenhotep III and Alexander the great added to the temple’s construction. After finished, transfer to your Nile Cruise and check in for 5 days 4 nights, Lunch on board and free time to relax

Visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsuit Temple & Sailing To Edfu

Colossi of Memnon
Breakfast on board, and then cross the Nile River to the West Bank, Your first stop is the Colossi of Memnon, carved from quartzite sandstone blocks, they represent the Pharaoh Amenhotep III and were once part of an impressive colonnade

Proceed to the Valley of the Kings, the burial place of the kings of Thebes (ancient Luxor), you will enjoy visiting 3 of the best preserved tombs. Guides are not permitted inside the tombs, but your guide will tell you what to look for inside the elaborately decorated tombs. If you wish to visit the tomb of King Tutankhamun (extra tickets on spot)

Temple of Hatshepsut
Continue to the temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari. Hatshepsut was the only female ruler of Egypt, ruled for almost 22 years between 1490-1468 BC. The temple is one of the most striking monuments, a stunning colonnaded building set against high cliffs that create a spectacular natural amphitheater After finished, transfer back to your Nile cruise. Lunch on board and free time to relax and enjoy the Nile Valley spectacular view while sailing to Edfu via Esna lock

Edfu & Kom-Ombo Temples / Sail To Aswan

Temple of Horus
After breakfast on board, you will enjoy a return way Horse and Carriage ride to visit Edfu temple considered one of the best preserved of all the Egyptian Temples. The temple is dedicated to the falcon god Horus, son of Isis and Osiris. The stunning Temples of Horus in Edfu, was built during the Ptolemaic times and was completed over a 180-year period. Afterwards, return to the boat and leisurely cruise upriver, with free time relaxing on the sundeck and taking in the surrounding sights – desert hills forming a backdrop to lush riverbanks, fishermen casting their nets and farmers working their land, this is living.

Temple of Kom Ombo
Afternoon, upon your arrival at Kom Ombo, (north of Aswan). Disembark to visit the Temple of Kom-ombo built on a high dune overlooking the Nile, the complex sits picturesquely ruined on the river’s edge and dates back to the second century BC. The complex is unique because it has a mirror-image design, divided down the middle, with either side dedicated to a different set of gods. One half is known as the Temple of Sobek (the crocodile-headed god of fertility), and it includes details on the Ancient Egyptian’s relationship with crocodiles, whom they revered and feared in equal measure. The other half is dedicated to Haroeris (also known as Horus the falcon god), and the whole temple is full of fascinating reliefs. After finished, return to your Nile Cruise and continue sailing to Aswan

Aswan Nile Cruise / Felucca Ride

Unfinished Obelisk
Breakfast on Board, start to visit the unfinished obelisk lies in the ancient stone quarry, where most of the famous obelisks were cut. The unfinished obelisk gives an excellent idea about the mason work techniques in ancient Egypt. If finished it would have been the largest and heaviest obelisk ever attempted, measuring around 42 metres and weighing nearly 1,200 tons

Drive to see Aswan High Dam, an engineering miracle when originally constructed in the 1960s. The dam brought an end to the Nile’s devastating floods.

Continue with a motorboat ride to visit Philae Temple Island, located in the Nile River between the old Aswan Dam and Aswan High Dam, the Island was sacred to the goddess Isis mother of Horus and wife of Osiris.
