At about 1 o'clock in the morning you will be picked up from your hotel. The air-conditioned coach takes about 6 hours to Cairo and takes you along the Gulf of Suez. Upon arrival in Cairo, your tour guide will pick you up and guide you throughout the tour. The excursion begins with a visit to the Egyptian Museum, which houses over 120,000 exhibits as well as the golden coffin of Tutankhamun. Afterwards enjoy your lunch. The rest of the tour will take you to the great pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. The pyramid visit ends at the Sphinx and the surrounding temple. If time permits, at the end of the day you will have the opportunity to drive to the Bazar of Cairo before returning to Sharm el Sheikh. At about 11 pm, the coach will drop you off at your hotel.

Duration: 3 hours Stop At: Great Sphinx, Giza, Giza Governorate After visiting the pyramids of Giza, you will reach the Great Sphinx, by far the largest and most preserved Sphinx. It consists of a human head on a lion body. The sphinx was hewn from the remainder of a limestone hill that served as a quarry for the Pyramid of Cheops. Duration approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
