    Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

    Our accredited guide will meet & take you to the elephant orphanage. Enjoy this guided session with experienced guides & keepers from this sanctuary which takes place between 11 am to 12 noon daily, learning the efforts made by this sanctuary in elephant conservation in Kenya. Nonetheless, get to enjoy the view of these baby elephants, & make great memories as you engage in photography. During this visit you also get to witness them having their bottle of milk as they relax & play engaging in sandbathes & a cool of mud bath in the heat of the day. You also have an opportunity to adopt & sponsor any of the orphaned baby elephants of your choice during this visit.

    Giraffe Centre

    You will then be driven to the Giraffe centre where you will learn more about the conversation efforts to conserve an endangered species of giraffe known as the Rothschild Giraffe. The Giraffe Centre is the creation of the African Fund for Endangered Wildlife (A.F.E.W. Kenya), a Kenyan non-profit organization. Their main purpose is to educate Kenyan school children and youth on their country’s wildlife and environment, as well as give local and international visitors an opportunity with the world’s tallest species, the giraffe.

    KOBE TOUGH beads & leather

    You will then be driven to the Kobe Beads Centre. This is a pottery company that makes one of the world most beautiful beads. You will be shown all the stages from the start to the finish. It’s also a unique factory as it employs single mother parents from the poor neighborhood who earn a living to support their families. It's a women empowerment center for the community. You then have the option of being driven to lunch and then later be dropped at the hotel/apartment or airport for your flight.
