Savor its delicate aroma and flavor, then wander through narrow streets lined with boutique shops, art galleries and neoclassical buildings.
Kaloxilos: Visit an old, family-owned olive press, the first building in the area to provide electricity, and learn about the evolution of olive oil production. Enjoy a guided tasting of premium olive oils and delicacies inspired by this Naxian treasure.
Apiranthos: Nestled high in the mountains, this “marble village” is one of Naxos’ most captivating destinations. Stroll through its whitewashed alleys and experience a tasting of local cheeses, including the renowned zamboni (Naxian prosciutto), served in a family taverna.
