    Windhoek to Namib Desert

    You'll meet at Windhoek Truck Port by 6:45 AM for a 7:00 AM departure with Go2 Traveller Transfer. The scenic 5-hour journey (345km) to Sesriem takes you past the impressive Naukluft Mountains, leading to the stunning Namib Desert Lodge, 60km north. Along the way, you'll marvel at the Heroes' Acre monument and the picturesque 'Window Bridge' framing the landscape. You'll travel through Rehoboth, home of the Rehoboth Basters, and continue on gravel roads past charming settlements.

    You'll arrive at Namib Desert Lodge around noon, then transfer to the Desert Grace Lodge. You'll enjoy lunch (at your own expense) and leisure time.     You will start your day early with an adventure climbing the world's highest dunes. You'll conquer Big Daddy for a challenging ascent and breathtaking views. You'll descend to the iconic Dead Vlei, known for its ancient camelthorn trees and perfect photo opportunities.

    You'll continue your exploration with a visit to the rugged Sesriem Canyon before returning to the lodge for the evening- essentials to pack: sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, comfortable walking shoes, and a camera. Sossusvlei Excursion: You will enjoy a guided half-day tour including national park entrance fees, brunch, and refreshments (5-6 hours). After the tour, you will relax before dinner.
