Discover Lima through an experience that combines history, colonial heritage, and participatory gastronomy. Unlike traditional tours, this tour doesn't end with a simple tourist visit: it invites you to become the protagonist of two of the most representative culinary traditions of Peru.
You will start by exploring the Historic Center of Lima on foot, from Plaza San Martín to Plaza Mayor, touring the emblematic Jirón de la Unión and admiring the exteriors of its main colonial palaces. Furthermore, you will visit the historic Convent of Santo Domingo, known for its architecture and cultural legacy.
The real special touch comes at the end of the tour: you will participate in two practical classes where you will learn to prepare your own Peruvian ceviche and the traditional Pisco Sour, accompanied by instructors who will share their techniques and secrets.
The meeting point is the main door of the Grand Hotel Bolívar, in front of Plaza San Martín, in the Historic Center of Lima. The guide will be waiting for you 10 minutes before the tour starts.
The experience will end at Jr. Lampa 231, in the Historic Center of Lima, after enjoying the ceviche and Pisco Sour preparation classes. From this point, you can continue exploring at your own pace the historic streets, squares, and cultural attractions that the heart of Lima offers.

We will discover its colonial architecture, its cultural legacy, and its close relationship with Santa Rosa de Lima and San Martín de Porres, two fundamental figures in Peruvian religious history.
We will conclude our cultural tour with a participatory gastronomic experience at Jr. Lampa 231. You will learn to prepare an authentic Peruvian ceviche using traditional ingredients and discover the secrets of its preparation.
