Operating Schedule: First of all, the departure of this Tour begins at 07:30 am with pick-up from your respective hotel. Immediately, we will head towards the main dock or port. Then, at 07:45 am we will begin the tour aboard a boat.

Uros
During the trip we will be able to appreciate a beautiful panoramic view and enjoy the landscape. Soon, our first stop will be at the Floating Island of the Uros Puno. Today, the people of Los Uros still keep their culture and tradition alive, as well as artisanal fishing, especially CARACHI and silverside. They also hunt wild birds and collect eggs. Furthermore, there are 75 islands that are inhabited today and each island is well organized. After that, we will say goodbye to the Uros Puno. Finally, our next visit will be the natural island of TAQUILE.

Then, we will sail by boat for 2 and a half hours, heading to the natural and beautiful Island of Taquile. During the navigation you will observe the Cordillera Real. Certainly, the people of Taquile Puno are very collaborative and well organized. It is the reason that the people of Taquile have demonstrated their high degree of advancement in Textile Manufacturing, which is why it was declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, awarded by UNESCO in 2005. Likewise, it should be noted that spinning and weaving are done mainly by men, starting at the age of 8 years. Mostly, women just make threads and fabrics. Therefore, life in Taquile continues to maintain its lifestyle despite modernity. Then, the visit will last an average of 2 hours, and we will have 1 hour to enjoy a delicious typical lunch. You can buy some of their crafts. As a result, we will return to the city of Puno, arriving at approximately 05:00 pm. Note: This Tour begins at your hotel when we pick you up, and will end at your hotel when we drop you off.
