What's Included
Meeting and pickup
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time.
This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZOME between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am.
The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZOME between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm.
The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

Then, prepare to soar high above the treetops on our ziplines. Feel the thrill as you glide above the jungle canopy and admire spectacular views of the lush surroundings.
Finally, cool off and unwind with a refreshing dip in the pristine waters of a Mayan cenote, where fun and relaxation await.
Wrap up your day with a delicious snack and purified water, then we will drop you off at your hotel or meeting point.
Please note: Horseback riding is only included when selecting the corresponding package option at the time of booking.

- It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.
- In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
- In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department.

- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
