What to expect
Immerse yourself in the warmth of Portuguese hospitality and learn the art of authentic home cooking, in a quiet environment. It is a cooking class at Casa da Seara, a farming house.
This journey begins when we pick you up at Pinhão train station or at an hotel nearby and we drive you on the scenic road 222 to our village, Ervedosa do Douro.
Then, we celebrate this journey with a welcoming drink and a tasting experience of our olive oil and honey, at our terrace.
Afterwards, we will dive into a hands-on cooking class. Your host will share the wisdom passed down from her mother and grandmother, who inspired her for a deep appreciation for Portuguese cuisine and the simple joys of life.
Join us around the table to savor the flavors of Casa da Seara, with spectacular views over the natural landscape.
