- Pick up time depends on your hotel location but usually between 4:30 am to 6 am and we will confirm it 48 hours before the travel date
- A child from 6 to 11 accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult.

- If the trip to Abu Simbel cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30USD per person.
- If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person.
- If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room.
- If your traveling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person.
- (Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile,the Itinerary might start from Luxor and end in Aswan but sure our guests will have the same written itinerary in backwards)
