What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please be ready in the lobby at the confirmed pick up time with a valid form of Id or copy of your id to verify your identity. We pick up guests in Medellin metropolitan area only, for guests staying in other municipalities like Sabaneta, Envigado, Itagui, Bello etc a meeting point will be given.
For guests without a hotel name or address we set this meeting point. You need to be in the park 15minutes before pick up to register with our guide and start the tour on time. Kindly note that due to high demand we cannot delay the starting time of our tours.
