Medium and high mountain Trekking in Los Nevados National Natural Park, a place that contain the endangered tropical glaciers, and there is the Paramo and cloudy forest ecosystems, very important ecosystems to produce a lot of water, in fact more or less the 70% of the Colombian population uses the water from the paramos.
