What to expect

Our meeting point is right at the heart of the city, Then we will make our way to Huanghe Road food street,your first stop will be at a local eatery serving up the best soup dumplings in town. Sitting among the locals, and chat about the flavor and the skills involved in making and eating the dumplings with feather-thin skin and juicy filling made of pork,crab and shrimp. Then continue to a 1920's neighborhoodi, where we will taste the deliciout Shangai fried dumpling at a family eatery since 1980.Then we will head for a local noodle eatey and try the famous Shanghai scallion oil noodle in a typical local noodle eatry since 1987, where you will be tasting signature noodle dish with spicy pork(or any toppings ranging from eel fish, mushroom to tofu at your preference).Finally we will go around corner for some mouth-watering rice-based dessert.
