Please arrive at Padang Bai Harbour at least 30 minutes before departure. Meet our staff near the main gate or fast boat check-in area. Look for the signboard that matches your boat operator. Show your e-ticket and have your identification ready.

End point

The fast boat will stop at Gili Trawangan's main pier, right in the center of the island. From here, you can easily walk to nearby hotels, restaurants, and tourist attractions. There are no motorized vehicles on the island.

What to expect

After you book your fast boat ticket, an e-ticket will be sent via email or WhatsApp. On the day of departure, arrive at Padang Bai Harbour at least 30 minutes before departure and check in at the ticket counter or meet with the boat operator. After check-in, you'll board the boat to Gili Trawangan, which takes approximately 1.5–2.5 hours depending on the weather. Upon arrival at the main Gili Trawangan pier, you can proceed directly to your destination.
