Optional camel ride available part of the way (extra cost). 05:00 – 06:00 Sunrise at the Summit Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise from the summit with panoramic views over the Sinai mountains. 06:00 – 08:00 Descent from the Mountain 08:30 – 09:30 Visit: Saint Catherine Monastery Guided visit to one of the oldest active Christian monasteries in the world (subject to opening hours). 09:45 – 10:30 Breakfast Breakfast at a local restaurant in Saint Catherine. 10:30 – 11:00 Departure Back to Cairo / Giza 15:00 – 15:30 Rest Stop Short break during the return journey.
