08:30 – Drive 45 minutes north to Jerash. 09:15 – Explore the ancient Roman city of Jerash, one of the Decapolis’ most impressive sites. Spend about 2 hours discovering its remarkable monuments, including Hadrian’s Gate, the Hippodrome, Temple of Zeus, Roman Theatre, Oval Plaza, Cardo Maximus, and Temple of Artemis, among many others. Immerse yourself in the city’s rich history as you wander through its beautifully preserved ruins.

3Ajlun Castle (Qala'at ar-Rabad)
11:15 – Drive 30 minutes north to Ajloun Castle, a 12th-century fortress built by Muslim forces during the Crusader era. Strategically perched, it was designed to control trade routes and nearby iron mines, offering fascinating insights into medieval military architecture. 11:45 – Depart Ajloun and drive back to Amman, a scenic 1 hour and 15-minute journey south of Jerash, concluding your morning exploration.

4Mount Nebo
08:30 – Begin your Amman City Tour. Start at the scenic Citadel viewpoint, overlooking the Old City, and explore the ruins of the Temple of Hercules and the Umayyad Palace, along with selected artifacts in the Amman Archaeological Museum. Afterwards, drive down to the iconic Philadelphia Roman Theatre. 10:30 – Depart for Madaba, a one-hour drive, and visit the ancient Church of St. George, home to the 6th-century mosaic map of the Holy Land, a priceless historical treasure. 11:30 – Continue 15 minutes northwest to Mount Nebo, the sacred site where Moses is believed to have viewed the Promised Land over three thousand years ago.
