Welcome to our Mixed-Level Sunrise Yoga Class.
Every class begins with a focus on the breath, helping you establish a strong foundation for your practice.
The core of our class consists of a balanced sequence of asanas (yoga postures) that incorporate modifications and variations suitable for all levels.
Your Instructor pays special attention to proper alignment and offers gentle adjustments, ensuring that everyone practices safely and effectively. You'll receive guidance to help you find your edge in each pose, regardless of your level.
Mixed-level classes are a great opportunity to work on building strength and increasing flexibility.
Your Instructor adapts each class to meet the specific needs and interests of the participants, ensuring that every session is a new and enriching experience.
