Pickup & Arrival Information
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, please review the following important pickup details:
✈️ Airport Arrivals
We monitor your flight in real time for delays or early arrivals.
After clearing immigration and customs at Sangster International Airport, proceed to the main arrival exit.
Your driver will be waiting outside with a personalized sign displaying your name or Fun Trip Tours in Jamaica logo.
If you experience any delays inside the airport, simply contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
Hotel Pickups
Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before scheduled pickup time.
Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time before contacting the guest.
For villas or private residences, please provide clear location details and gate access instructions.
Timing & Scheduling
Pickup times are confirmed at least 24 hours before service.
We recommend scheduling airport pickups based on your official flight arrival time (not landing time).
Return airport transfers should be scheduled 3–4 hours before departure depending on your resort location.
Luggage Policy
Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with:
Excess luggage
Surfboards or special equipment
Child car seats
Large groups requiring additional storage
This helps us assign the appropriate vehicle for your comfort.

Drop-Off Information ✈️ Airport Drop-Off For departing guests, we provide direct drop-off at Sangster International Airport. Guests are dropped off at the airline departure terminal. We recommend scheduling pickup 3–4 hours before flight departure, depending on your resort location. Your driver will assist with luggage curbside before you enter the terminal. Resort & Hotel Drop-Off We provide direct drop-off at the main entrance or lobby of your resort, including: Ocean Eden Bay Ocean Coral Spring Royalton Blue Waters Montego Bay Montego Bay, Falmouth, Ocho Rios, and surrounding resort areas Your driver will ensure you are safely delivered to the designated guest entrance or security checkpoint as required by the property. Villas & Private Residences For villa or Airbnb stays, we provide door-to-door drop-off when road access permits. If gated access is required, we ask that guests coordinate entry in advance to ensure a smooth arrival. Cruise Port Drop-Off (If Applicable) We also provide drop-off at: Falmou
What to expect
This option is for guests staying in the Grand Palladium Resort. It doesn't cover drop-off at Excellence Oyster Bay Resort, Royalton Blue Waters and White sand, Coral Spring, H10.
This option does not drop off at Hotels in Runaway Bay, Negril, or Ocho Rios.
