What's Included
Meeting and pickup
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.
What to expect

Then, plunge into the enchanting world of our cenote, one of Mexico's most spectacular natural wonders. Immerse yourself in its crystal-clear waters, dive from its edges, and revel in the refreshing joy of this hidden paradise.
Finally, you will have a delicious snack to recover energy and continue enjoying your day, aboard the transportation to return to your hotel or meeting point.

- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs
- We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs.
