We begin at the Karya Folk Art Museum, where beautiful embroidery and traditional crafts reveal Lefkada’s rich heritage. Following quiet mountain paths, we share stories of village life, local customs, flora, and fauna.
Our trail leads to the abandoned village of Rekatsinata, a hidden gem where time seems frozen among old stone houses.
Back in Karya, we visit the Apollonas Museum of Local Music & Dance to discover the rhythms and traditions of Lefkadian culture.
We finish the experience the local way—relaxing and enjoying traditional meze and a glass of local wine.

Meeting and pickup
We meet our guests at the following location on Google Maps, which is only 3-4 min on foot or 1 min by car from the main square of Karya. If you wish to park near the meeting point, there is always a spare spot. 24 hours before the tour, you will get a photo guide to finding the meeting point.

We will meet you at 9:00 am near the point on the following map. The spot is only a few minutes driving from the central square or 4-5 minutes on foot. You can also easily park your car near the meeting point.

After the Folklore Museum, we are hiking uphill to the abandoned village of Rekatsinata. A wonderful hidden spot with fantastic views and an unforgettable vibe.
