When booking, please provide your accommodation name and address so we can arrange your exact pickup point and time. Hotel Pickup: Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby or the nearest accessible spot if your accommodation is in a pedestrian area. Cruise Port Pickup: For cruise passengers, your driver will be waiting just outside the port terminal holding a sign with your name. Private Accommodation: If you’re staying in a private villa or Airbnb, we’ll confirm the closest safe and accessible pickup point. You’ll receive a confirmation message or WhatsApp update with all details the day before your tour. Please be ready at your pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
