Following your exploration of Melissani Lake, the day unfolds with a relaxing swim at the world-famous Myrtos Beach. With its powdery white pebbles, turquoise waters, and dramatic cliffs, this beach is a paradise for beach lovers. Immerse yourself in the inviting waters and bask in the warm Mediterranean sun as you enjoy the tranquility of Myrtos Beach.
The beach has limited facilities, which includes sun beds and umbrellas, a small beach shack bar offering drinks and snacks, showers and toilets

Meeting and pickup
Customers arriving on cruise ships will be picked up at the Argostoli Port. Look for our staff holding signs that say "Viator & Avalon Travel" at the Argostoli Cruise Ship Terminal. Our staff will be present at the port upon the arrival of the ship. Holidaymakers in Kefalonia will enjoy a pick-up service from the listed hotels or designated meeting places. Please note that the pick-up time from hotels or meeting places situated away from Argostoli is additional to the scheduled tour duration

Enjoy a relaxing swim break at the famous Myrtos Beach, known for its stunning turquoise waters and white pebble shore. You will have between 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours to soak up the sun and swim, depending on the available time after our visit to Melissani Lake. Important Notice: The swim break may be moved to another beach if weather conditions or other unforeseen restrictions make it unsafe or impossible to visit Myrtos.

- Vessels at Lake Melissani are 12-man rowboats with rower. Passengers may experience crowds while boarding the boats during the high Season of July & August
- The boat ride, spanning approximately 10-15 minutes, includes entry to the cave, the duration of which depends on the number of visitors in the queue
