A representative will be waiting just outside of the Passenger Cruise Terminal, only a couple of yards from the gangway. The representative will be holding an Avalon & Viator Travel sign and will escort the group to the coach. The representative's vehicles are identifiable by the Avalon Travel & Viator logo displayed on the side. We ask all guests to please plan to be at the designated departure location at least fifteen minutes before departure time
