What to expect

Our driver will arrive at the pick up location and introduce his or herself, once the guest is identified the driver will direct guest to the vehicle, the guest will be taken to his or her drop off location and will be picked up at a specific time that is provided to the guest, if the guest is not sure what time they would like to be picked up the driver will ask guest to contact them prior to pick up to go back to their place of stay. At some point the driver will stay close to the drop off location so that guest doesn’t wait too long when he or she is ready to be picked up.
