On the corner of Jesús Street and Francesc Gumà is the Villa Rosa, a former residence of Jaume Hill, with an eclectic style. If we take this street we will find that of the merchant and shipowner Pere Carreras, at number 23, an example of a modernist building with exuberant decoration of floral motifs sculpted on the facades.
