Your driver guide for the entire trip will be waiting for you at Olkiombo airstrip as you land. Drop off at your spectacular cam where you will relax and familiarize with the place and later have lunch. You will then spend the afternoon in a game drive till dusk when you return to your camp.
After your breakfast, Spend the entire day exploring the reserve in search of the wildlife. There is much to see including rhino, leopard, elephant, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, warthog, jackal, lion, many types of antelope, crocodile and giraffe as well as numerous birds with over 450 species recorded here. Whether you are an animal lover or an ornithologist, the Masai Mara never disappoints. A picnic lunch is served in the reserve along the banks of Mara River. Return to the camp in the evening for dinner and overnight. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna- lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. Spend yet another full day enjoying the great Masai Mara National Reserve. You will have leisurely breakfast before you bid farewell to the Masai Mara as you set on your journey back to Nairobi.
