Guided by an experienced instructor, this ride is tailored to all experience levels—from absolute beginners to seasoned riders—using gentle, well-cared-for horses.
For your safety and comfort, protective helmets are provided. Please ensure you wear long trousers and closed-toe trainers.

Meeting and pickup
Please provide the name of your hotel upon booking for the pick-up in Essaouira.
We only provide the pick-up and drop-off for free if you are located in Essaouira.
If you come by your own, the guide will wait for you in front of the mosque in Diabat. You will leave your car on the parking lot of the mosque during the ride.
What to expect
Select between a daytime ride under the bright Moroccan sky or an unforgettable sunset departure. Upon arrival, meet your guide and get paired with a well-trained horse matched to your riding level. Embark on a varied loop winding through shaded mimosa and eucalyptus trails, where you might spot grazing goats, sheep, and camels. Crest the sweeping sand dunes that hug the coast before riding out onto the expansive, wild beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.
Enjoy the ocean air as your horse steps into the waves—if you choose the evening tour, you'll witness the spectacular golden colors of the sunset reflecting on the sea and sand. Open stretches allow experienced riders to trot or gallop along the shore.
After exploring this beautiful seaside landscape, wrap up your ride at our Diabat stables before relaxing on a smooth ride back to your hotel.
