Meeting and pickup
The pickup will be directly from within the port of Callao. There is no need for you to take any shuttle service, as we will be waiting for you inside the port area itself, just a few metres from your ship's hangar. We’ll be easy to spot and ready to welcome you as soon as you disembark.

At 8:00 am, we will pick you up directly from the Port of Callao with our private transport and transfer you to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, our team will be there to assist you and take you to your hotel. The afternoon will be free for you to explore the city at your own pace. The flight from Lima to Cusco takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Please keep in mind that Cusco sits at an altitude of around 3,400 metres (11,150 feet), so we strongly recommend taking it easy on the first day to help your body acclimatise to the high altitude. Important note: The pickup time may vary depending on the exact time your cruise ship docks and when disembarkation begins. Some ships arrive as early as 6:00 am, while others disembark around 9:00 am. For this reason, we kindly ask that you confirm your arrival time at least one week in advance so that we can provide your exact pickup schedule and ensure a smooth transfer. (No meals)

2Machu Picchu
Pick-up at 5:00 am for the train to Aguas Calientes. The scenic journey takes around 3.5 hours. Upon arrival, you’ll receive assistance and enjoy a private guided tour of Machu Picchu. There are two circuit options: Circuit 2 (Classic Route): This is the most complete route, including the main viewpoints, the Temple of the Sun, Intihuatana (the Solar Clock), Sacred Rock, and Temple of the Three Windows, among others. This circuit involves more walking and stairs but offers the most iconic and extensive views of Machu Picchu. Circuit 3 (Lower Route): A shorter and less demanding route that covers the lower part of Machu Picchu, including the agricultural zone, Temple of the Condor, and water fountains. While less panoramic, it’s still impressive and suitable for those looking for a more moderate walk. Both require advance booking and passport. After the visit, return to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included). In the afternoon, board the train back to your hotel in Cusco.

On your final day, we will transfer you to the airport in time for the first available flight from Cusco to Lima. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting to assist you and transfer you to Puerto San Martín in Pisco, where you will rejoin your cruise ship. If instead you prefer to reboard your cruise at the Port of Callao, simply let us know in advance, and we will adjust the transfer accordingly. Important: All transfers are scheduled according to your cruise itinerary, so it’s essential to share your ship’s exact arrival and departure times with us in advance to ensure a smooth and timely return.

- If your ship has any delay in arriving to el Callao Port, we strongly suggest to notify us 2 days before your arrival, so we can arrange a new pick up time. We also suggest you to keep checking your emails in case the pick up time changes.
- If the flight from Cusco to Lima has a delay and suddenly you lost the conection to re-join your ship at San Martin Port 'DO NOT PANIC' all transfer will be cover by us and we will make sure you get on board again in the next port.
- Please let us know if anyone in your group is traveling with a wheelchair, to make sure we make special arrangements
- We strongly suggest to bring a small bag only for this tour (Only essential for 2 nights) You only allow to bring inside the plane 1 bag of 10kilos max, if you wish to check-in a big bag you must pay extra cost at airport.
- You must provide a valid mobile phone number so we can contact via WhatsApp you in case of an emergency.
- You must provide a full details of your passport in order to book your flights tickets and entry to Machu Picchu, without those details we can not proceed your booking.
- This tour is from PORT to PORT we will pick you up from inside the port and we will drop you off inside the port near your cruise ship hangar.
