Your pick-up point will be at the entrance of the Port of Callao, Lima. Upon disembarking from your cruise, please take the official JAPAN GRACE shuttle bus, which operates every 30 minutes. We kindly advise you to be ready and board the first available shuttle to ensure a smooth and timely transfer. The shuttle journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the shuttle station, our JD Adventure Travel representative will be waiting beside the bus, clearly displaying our company logo and holding a guest list for easy identification. Our friendly guide will assist you personally and accompany you to our private, comfortable bus for your onward journey to the airport. Rest assured, our professional team ensures a safe, reliable, and well-coordinated service from port to airport — providing you with peace of mind and a seamless start to your adventure in Peru.

    Your adventure begins with a pick-up from the Port of Callao, Lima. The pick-up time depends on your cruise’s arrival, and once confirmed, you’ll be notified weeks in advance for smooth coordination. We use WhatsApp as our main communication tool, so please ensure you provide an active number. If unfamiliar, check your messages regularly and contact us for updates. Travel in our modern, comfortable bus on a 35-minute transfer to Lima Airport, where our staff will assist with check-in. We recommend light luggage for easy airport handling. Upon arrival in Cusco, check in at one of our partner hotels such as Hilton, Casa Andina, or Marriott, depending on availability. For group travellers booking separately, please inform us to arrange shared accommodation. After check-in, enjoy a short city visit and free time for shopping. Tours are guided in Japanese or English, depending on the group’s language preference.

    Cusco - Machu Picchu - Cusco

    Start your day with breakfast at the hotel at 6:00 a.m., then transfer to the train station for a 4-hour scenic ride through stunning Andean landscapes to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, take a short break to use the restrooms before boarding the official shuttle bus to the entrance of Machu Picchu. Your visit includes entry to Circuit 2 or Circuit 3, depending on availability. Enjoy a guided tour in Japanese or English, exploring sacred temples, terraces, and viewpoints while learning the fascinating history of the Inca civilisation. After your visit, return to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included), then board your train back to Poroy. Upon arrival, our staff will assist with your transfer to the hotel in Cusco.
