The range of the Ebikes is about 5 hours using an average power, the more the slope increases and the use of the engine the more the battery life decreases.
In case of technical problems or difficulties you can request the intervention of the support team who will pick you up with a car (service not included and for a fee)
E-bikes are delivered in perfect condition and must be returned in the same condition. In case of damage will be charged to the renter
