Meeting and pickup
- Pickup time will be received one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pickup time, please check your mail including SPAM folder.
- If we do not have pick-up availability from your accommodation you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel.
- Meeting points for travellers on airbnb, hotels outside our pick-up area or any other location we cannot reach:
- Meeting point in Cancun: outside the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel on Tulum Avenue
- Meeting point in Playa del Carmen : Outside Coco Bongo in Playa del Carmen
- Meeting point in Tulum, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras : There is no pick up from any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point is in Coco Bongo Playa Del Carmen.
- Pickup time is set according to your location and tour availability.
Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will be automatically assigned the meeting point at the One Cancun Center.
- For the Playa del Carmen area reservations are subject to availability.
- Depending on availability and area of your hotel hours may change.
- We do not offer pickup service at any airbnb or private addresses.
