For Queen Alia International Airport pickups, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Please provide your flight number at the time of booking so we can track your arrival and adjust pickup time accordingly.
For King Hussein Bridge pickups, please provide your expected crossing time at the time of booking. Border crossing times can vary significantly, so your driver will stay in contact with you throughout the process and will be waiting at the exit point once you clear customs.
For both pickup points, please ensure your WhatsApp number is provided at booking so your driver can reach you directly if needed. If you experience any delays or changes to your arrival time, simply message us and we will adjust accordingly at no extra charge.
What to expect
Once your booking is confirmed you will receive a confirmation message with your driver's name and contact number. Please provide your flight number or border crossing details so we can monitor your arrival time accurately.
* Driver Meet & Greet
Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals hall at Queen Alia Airport or at the exit point of King Hussein Bridge holding a sign with your name. No need to search or call — we will find you.
* Luggage Assistance
Your driver will assist with your luggage and escort you directly to your private clean air-conditioned vehicle parked nearby.
* Journey to Destination
Sit back, relax and enjoy the comfortable ride to your hotel or destination in Amman. Your driver is friendly, professional and happy to answer any questions about Jordan along the way.
* Drop-off
Your driver will drop you off directly at your hotel entrance or any specified address in Amman and assist with your luggage upon arrival.
