Valley of the Kings: Your journey begins as our driver picks you up from your hotel or the train station in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle. Accompanied by our expert tour guide, you'll start your exploration with a visit to the Valley of the Kings, famous for its remarkable tombs. During your visit, you'll have the opportunity to explore three of these extraordinary burial sites within this awe-inspiring necropolis.
Next, visit the Temple of Hatshepsut, dedicated to one of Egypt’s most remarkable female pharaohs. This temple is celebrated for its architectural splendor and historical significance.
Proceed to view the two colossal statues of Memnon, which stand as ancient guardians of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep.
Travel to the East Bank to explore the magnificent Temple of Karnak, known for its grand scale and intricate hieroglyphs.
After your history-filled tour, you will be taken to board your cruise at around 1:00 PM, in perfect time to enjoy the first meal of your river journey. Once you have settled in, make sure to go up to the roof of the boat to enjoy the enchanting scenery. Watch as the small boats, Egyptian villages, and natural landscapes sail by.
The cruise will dock at Edfu Temple between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Upon arrival, your tour guide will be waiting for you in the cruise lobby to escort you to Edfu Temple by horse carriage. After exploring the temple dedicated to the god Horus, you will return to the cruise.
Return to the boat for lunch, then head out again to visit the Kom Ombo Temple. Discover the unique design of the temple and its significance as a dedication to two prominent Nile deities.
Upon arrival at Abu Simbel, our tour guide will be waiting to show you around the magnificent temples dedicated to Ramses II and his queen, Nefertari. Explore the impressive architecture and learn about the history of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
After your visit to Abu Simbel, our driver will transfer you to your hotel in Aswan. Please note that the transfer is included for the East Bank only. Transfers to the West Bank are available at an additional cost.
