• Pickup is available from all hotels and resorts in Hurghada, including Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, and El Gouna (surcharges may apply for remote areas).
• Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
• Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or call before arrival to confirm the pickup location.
• If your accommodation is a private apartment or Airbnb, please provide the nearest accessible pickup point.
• Don’t forget to bring sunscreen, swimwear, towels, and any personal items you may need for the day.
