Meeting Your Driver
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall holding a welcome sign with your name.
Domestic Terminal: Please meet at Gate A4 (near Highlands Coffee).
International Terminal: Please meet at the Arrival Board (near Star Coffee).

Alternative Pick-up: If you prefer to be picked up from Da Nang City (such as the Railway Station or a local hotel) instead of the airport, please specify this in your booking notes with hotel name, or no of train

Flight Changes
Please notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email if your flight details change (e.g., early arrival or new flight number). Without prior notice, we will schedule your pick-up based on your original booking (15 minutes after your booking landing time).

Important Note Regarding Hoi An Ancient Town
Hoi An Ancient Town restricts 16-seat vans from entering the central area between 16:00 and 21:30 daily or 15:30 - 22:00 (Night market Nguyen Hoang)
If your hotel is located within this restricted zone and your transfer falls within these hours, we will drop you off at the closest permitted location. From there, you can either take a short walk to your hotel or use a local transit shuttle. (Please note: The transit shuttle costs 10,000 - 15,000 VND per person and is not included in our service).
