Meeting and pickup
We offer pick up from any hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone, but we also offer meeting points for travelers staying in other areas, for travelers staying in AirB&B and downtown Hotels we have differents official meeting points
The pickup time is set according to your location and starts at 06:30 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.

Kuxtal Mayan Cenote

Playa del Carmen

- The local provider will pick up and gather everyone in smaller vehicles. The last meeting point is where the main bus will be waiting The local operator is not responsible for items left on the vehicle, so make sure you have everything at hand before getting off the vehicle
- Please remain at your designated pickup point until the guide arrives. If you leave the pickup point and miss your transportation, no refund or rescheduling will be offered
