What to expect

First location - Muddy Volcanoes: Step onto a surreal, lunar-like landscape at the Paclele Mari site, part of the UNESCO Global Geopark Buzau Land. This rare geological phenomenon features miniature volcanoes created by natural gases rising from 3,000 meters deep, pushing cold liquid mud to the surface. As the mud dries, it forms a vast, cracked grey crust of "ground fogs" and bubbling craters that offer some of the most unique photography opportunities in Romania. It is a quiet, otherworldly experience that feels miles away from civilization.

Second Location - Premium winery: Discover why the Dealu Mare region is often called the "Tuscany of Romania". Located on the same 45th parallel as Bordeaux, these sun-drenched hills are the birthplace of Romania’s most celebrated red wines, including the legendary Feteasca Neagra. You will visit a premium local winery for a private guided tour of the cellar and production area. The experience culminates with a curated tasting of 5-6 premium varieties paired with local artisanal snacks, allowing you to savor the rich, spicy, and fruity character of authentic Romanian terroir.
